Vedanta Aluminium Supports ‘SURAVI’ Children’s Festival, Fostering Young Talent
30th October 2023Jharsuguda, Odisha; October 30th, 2023 – Vedanta Aluminium, India’s largest producer of aluminium, extended its support to the ‘SURAVI’ children’s festival in Sundergarh district. Designed as a nurturing platform to spotlight the talents of students, the event featured a diverse range of engagements including art and craft, singing, music, dancing, debating, essay writing, elocution, and creative writing. Students from 14 different schools in the district participated in the festival.
Vedanta’s support for ‘SURAVI’ exemplifies its commitment to community development. Other impactful efforts include developing a multipurpose educational facility at the Government primary school in Samada and distributing learning kits to 11 Anganwadi centres. These initiatives ensure a secure, nurturing environment for students, fostering their growth, learning and development.
