Vedanta is now moving beyond primary production and focusing on value-added manufacturing. This shift will significantly strengthen the MSME sector as well. Odisha is steadily becoming the top choice for investors from across the globe. A new investment of over ₹500 crore is expected in the state, and the government claims it will generate direct and indirect employment for around 1,500 people.
